‘Thank God, it’s Friday!’ was the first thought that popped into my mind as I woke up. This was just before I realised that not only did I have an exam first thing in the morning for my Intellectual Property Rights Class but today would also be my last day in Oxford. But instead of being sad about it, I decided to make the most of my day by first successfully completing my exam!

After the exam, we had a little break in between to pack our luggage before we left to the Farewell Lunch at Oriel College. The three course lunch with wine for each course was simply spectacular and super delicious. It almost felt like we were dining at Hogwarts!

From there I went to go visit New College, a stunning college that is quite like Oriel College in many ways. I wanted to go see the cloisters at the College where Harry Potter was shot but unfortunately it was closed on that day.

Later it was time for me to come back and get ready for the Certificate Ceremony at Oriel College. Before heading to the ceremony, some of us went to the Randolph, a 5 star hotel in Oxford, for some quality High Tea. I mean, we kind of had to do it in order to completely immerse ourselves in the British Culture, and nothing gets more English than tea. Being served with some quality cakes and sandwiches as well as wonderful exotic tea definitely made all our tummies happy!

The ceremony was simply lovely and was a great opportunity to take a lot of pictures with our friends, mingle with them one last time and also collect our certificates with our grades on it. It was a lovely way to commemorate our stay at Oxford and reminisce on all the fun activities and courses we did in our two weeks.

After getting our results, it was officially time to party! A bunch of us delegates went to some clubs and pubs and truly celebrated our time here with a bang!
