Sunday equals Funday, amirite? This Sunday was a free day and we were allowed to spend it however we liked to!

So, I started the day with a slight lie in because after all it was a holiday and then a couple of friends and I headed towards London via the Oxford Tube. In London, we then split up into two groups: one the shopping group and the other the sight-seeing group. Obviously keen to explore and do classic touristy things, I decided to go sight-seeing instead. Since I had already been to London once before, I didn’t do the main historical tourist attractions but instead opted for a more fun venture out in the city. Our first stop was the world famous Madame Tussauds. Madame Tussauds was a great way to have fun taking pictures with almost real looking wax figures of famous people! I noticed that they had changed the layout quite a bit from the last time I visited the place, by adding in more features and exhibitions in the themes of movies or sports figures.

After taking about a million pictures with all my famous friends, we then headed towards the London Eye where we got to eye the city of London from a massive giant wheel. The sights were absolutely breath taking and gave a good overview of the layout of the famous London city. The most interesting feature was that we were able to spot the MI6 Headquarters, which was surprisingly more visible for such a secret organisation.

Once the ride was over, we made our way to the bus stop and on the way visited a cathedral. Then it was time to hop on to the Tube and head back to prep for the next day.
